The Hive Chester
Good books challenge. They inspire. They make us hunger for more. And somehow the experience is not complete until you’ve shared your thoughts with someone else that has read the book. Research tells us that the best way to remember new ideas and put them into action is to share our thoughts and ideas with someone else. In fact, participating in a book discussion increases our retention by 70%.Â
When professionals get together to discuss a book they:
make new – and improve existing – relationships
engage in powerful conversations
invest in their own professional development
clarify their thinking
challenge their assumptions
We have chosen Productize, by Eisha Tierney Armstrong, for our next book club selection. Pick up a copy, dig in, and join us on April 10th at The Hive Chester to discuss, and choose our next book. Â
Non-alcoholic beverages will be available. BYOB if you want something stronger.Â
Please RSVP to reserve your space – thank you!
