The MEWS+ Leads Group is a non-competitive professional group with a respectful and engaging environment where our members and guests build relationships built on trust, commitment, and community.
Our monthly business meetings are held virtually on the second Tuesday of the month from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and are focused on learning more about member businesses, and generating and sharing referrals.
Our in-person social events allow us to get to know each other better as people – forging friendships and strengthening the network.
For the past ten years, Kathryn has been a Healthcare Benefit Consultant priding herself on providing unexpected customer service and educating her clients on the need for and the benefits of insurance. Kathryn is passionate about working with small businesses to protect their employees and families through medical, dental, vision, short term disability, life, accident, cancer, and specified disease insurance policies, and is licensed in sixteen states, including much of New England and the Mid-Atlantic area.

Sarah is a CPA licensed in Connecticut, with 20 years of experience in the profession. She runs a virtual tax practice specializing primarily in individual and small business tax returns. With processes and tools in place, she makes the tax preparation process easier on the client. The client portal streamlines the process, document sharing and communication, and is user friendly/intuitive. Her practice can handle all related state returns needed based on residency and/or income earned in multiple states.

As the Manager of Business Development & Operations, Jason manages the organization’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing sales and marketing initiatives. To build customer engagement, Jason has authored numerous white-papers, blog posts, and articles, and utilizes his expertise in social media marketing and client engagement to increase Endecom’s market share.
Walt is the owner of Walt Jedziniak Photography in East Hampton, Connecticut. A portrait studio that takes pride in providing unique experiences for clients and creating the perfect products for them to capture and preserve precious family memories.

Ms. McKinley-Bell is the Principal Consultant for Shoreline HR Consulting and has been a HR Executive, Manager and Entrepreneur for over 30 years. She achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh and holds a Master’s in Business Administration and an Advanced Certificate in Not-for-Profit Management from UCONN. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Ms. McKinley-Bell is also certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
