Organize Your Business for Success

If you are anything like thousands of other early-stage entrepreneurs, startups, or business owners you have dozens of ideas swirling around your head about your new business. But where do you start?

The Business Model Canvas is a widely recognized tool for organizing all those thoughts into a structured and visual representation of your business model. What is your value proposition? Who is your customer? How will you establish relationships with them? What are the most important activities you need to engage in to increase your chances of success? How will you make money in this business?

During this two-hour workshop, we’ll work through the basic elements of your business or your product in a way that helps to identify issues early on in the process, allowing you to easily and successfully pivot as needed. We will begin to answer all of these questions in this workshop while creating a roadmap for launching your business idea.

The workshop is perfect for:

  • Entrepreneurs

  • Start-ups

  • New business owners

There is no charge to attend. A light lunch will be served.
